The Sunday Post/It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

Check out the The Caffeinated Book Review for the Sunday Post
It's Monday! What Are You Reading is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date

Last week I was so busy! It's that time of year, I guess. It was book club week too! We had a blast, as always.

Read Last Week:

I meant to keep this my on the side read, but it took over. I just love it so much.

Reading this week:

I went to the library! Not sure what I'll start with, although money is on the cozy. This week is supposed to be cold and rainy, and that would be a good book to read during nap. And I know I'm weird, starting willy-nilly out of order. Lol.

Watching:

Riverdale, The Path, Bletchley Circle, 13 Reasons Why, iZombie. We only have one 13 Reason left; I can only watch one of those a night. We plan on starting a Twin Peaks rewatch, The Handmaid's Tale, and American Gods soon! I am so excited for Twin Peaks. I am such a fan!

So what about all of you? What have you all been up to this week?

  2. Heard a lot of good things about The Night The Lights Went Out. And Watership Down I've never read, but I love that cover! Just looks so pastoral.

Riverdale is still going strong for me, I'm going to miss that show when it's done. And I hear you on 13 Reasons Why- heavy stuff. I've never watched Twin Peaks- maybe I should?

Have a great week. Ugh rain.

    1. I love Watership Down - it is my all time favorite book. :)

I am going to miss it too! We are an episode behind. :( And yes, I urge you to watch Twin Peaks! :) I loved it in when it came out a hundred years ago and I was in high school. I'm pretty sure it formed a lot of my interests. Lol. I think you will like it! Plus - new season coming out after all this time, May 21!

    1. I hope you like those cozy mysteries. Good Witch is mellow and very positive; it is after all a Hallmark show.

  4. Looking forward to the Karen White book. I agree, one episode of 13 Reasons Why is enough.

    1. It is so intense, but so well done. We have one episode left. I'm not sure I'm ready!

  5. Ugh, rain. I love rain and all, but I'm honestly sick of all the rain. >_<

I miss being in book club - glad you had a blast! ^^

    1. I'm itching to really dive in! My husband is working overtime all week, and I am finding free time scarce this week. Nooo!

  7. I just picked up a bundle of books from the library which will put a damper on my desire to read through my personal collection.

Saturday was my the junior to cadette bridging ceremony in San Francisco. My daughter and I are sore and sunburnt from our adventure but we had fun. Come see what I'm reading.

    1. I love when I get a great selection from the library! But yes, it does overshadow the personal collection books.

I love hearing from people, don't be shy! I would love to hear what you think! I always reply back, although it takes me a bit longer these days due to the little guy.
