Saturday Snapshot

This week was all about flowers and sunshine. I really love dandelions by the by. One afternoon I spent a few minutes just hanging on the porch step, and it was all sunshine and dandelions and my baby on my lap. It was a perfect moment.

  1. Baby got you up early? What are you and the family up to today? Thank you for the sock surgery support ^__^. It helps that I've been knitting for eight years so my brain is able to think such things out. Helps that I've seen it around before too.

    1. I'm actually up and enjoying my coffee in the peace of a quiet, sleeping home - it's a slow morning around here. I am the only one awake and that is ok. ;) I think today we are just going to putz around the house, take a walk, and then later tonight my husband and I are going on a much overdue date night. We are going to the nearby nature center for a night hike and bonfire - I am excited! I hope you have some fun plans ahead of you today too!

  3. Beautiful springtime photos. I love the bright yellow bloom with blue jeans in the background. Great contrast.

    1. Thanks! His little hands are so cute holding that dandelion. Although he did want to keep eating it. Lol.

    1. Thanks! They are just those flowers/weeds that pop up in the yard in the spring. My friend's daughter picked them and put them on a paper plate with water - they looked so pretty laying there, I had to snap a shot.

  6. Love the colors! Dandelions... they are okay in a wild field and not in my grass! :)

I love hearing from people, don't be shy! I would love to hear what you think! I always reply back, although it takes me a bit longer these days due to the little guy.
