It's Monday, What Are You Reading?

It's Monday, What Are You Reading is a weekly blog meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey where you list the books you read last week and the ones you hope to read this week.

It has been cold and rainy here this week! I am so ready for snow!! I just feel more in the spirit with snow on the ground.

Read Last Week:

Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys: NetGalley book. I loved this book!! The ending was a little weak, but everything else was wonderful!

Jepp, Who Defied the Stars by Katherine Marsh: I am super close to finishing this book, so I am listing it as done. ;) Review will be up this week.

Reading This Week:

An Angel for Christmas by Heather Graham: Our book club book for this month. I love a happy Christmas story.

Looking For Alaska by John Green: I am finally getting to a John Green book!

  1. Jepp, Who Defied the Stars sounds fascinating to me. I also want to read Out of the Easy though it probably won't live up to her first book. An Angel for Christmas sounds like the perfect pick for this month. My book group always takes a break in December.

I hate the rain but I hate the snow and ice even more :) I am ready for summer again!

    1. I am a weirdo who loves snow. Lol. I can't wait for the first real snow here. :) But I love summer too.

I need to read Shades of Grey - I was hoping to get it at our school's book fair but it wasn't there. :( I definitely want to read it though.

Our book club tries to pick a short fun book for December, and some people read it and some don't, but we still get together for a handmade gift exchange. :)

  4. Not sure about the books but the covers are gorgeous. I must confess to not being a Shades of Gray fan so may give Out of the Easy a miss.

Looking for Alaska sound interesting though.
