It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

It's Monday, What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey, that is guaranteed to add to your reading list.

I had a busy week last week - full of some fun, some not as fun. I spent three days studying for my final, which paid off in a perfect score! Yay!

It helped that one day I studied here:

Half of our city library looks like this. It was such a gorgeous place to sit and study.

I also registered on Be The Match this week, pledging to donate my bone marrow if I was someone's match. If you are interested, check it out here.

Read Last Week:

Blythewood by Carol Goodman: I loved this book!! Loved it. I need the second one ASAP! I don't think it is out yet though.

I have also been reading reading blogs like an addict lately!

Reading this week:

The Road to Burgundy by Ray Walker: I am about halfway through this and I am really enjoying it!

Save the Date by Mary Kay Andrews: I just love this author. And this cover!

The Hexed by Heather Graham: I can't stay away from this series.

Also Paris In July starts this week! I have some cool things planned for this month.

Posted last week:

  1. I am going to have to pick up a copy of Blythewood. I am glad you liked it!

I really like Mary Kay Andrews's books. I've already read Save the Date and enjoyed it. It doesn't hurt that it set in Savannah either :)

    1. When I read about it, I knew I had to do it. My husband signed up as well, and when I posted about it on Facebook, so many people shared their stories with me. How they were on the list, how family members were waiting for a match, family members who were saved by someone who signed up. It was amazing.

Our library is gorgeous! Maybe I will do a photo post of it one day. :)

Thanks for popping by! Have a great week!

    1. Thanks! It mostly is; after I took that photo, a group of people with kids thought that the study room meant they could play a game there. :( But most of the time, it is perfect.

      Blythewood was so good! :)

  9. I read one book in that Heather Graham series and know what you mean. It was seriously addictive. So far I have resisted the temptation to add more books to my TBR mountain but there is no guarantee that my resolve will still be in place tomorrow. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

  11. Love, love, love your library! I just coincidentally posted about my library yesterday, and how I decided to belong to one a half hour away that is head and shoulders above my local one.
I am also a bone marrow donor and have been one for about 15 years, but unfortunately I have never been called on to help.
I am curious about Blythewood based on your praises and the blurb. Will have to check it out further. Also Save the Date, always a fun author. Have a great week.
Congrats on your exam score too!

Road to Burgundy is wonderful - but it might give your husband ideas. LOL. I plan on reviewing it after July 9th. )

I love hearing from people, don't be shy! I would love to hear what you think! I always reply back, although it takes me a bit longer these days due to the little guy.
